Choose the vertical version for the bag format
FRM-810II is the vertical version of the FRM-810 family. The conveyor supports an upright package while its top moves through the sealing and coding area.
Check the filled bag height, headspace and centre of gravity before selecting this format. Try the actual package to confirm that it reaches the sealing line without tipping or pulling against the transport belts.

Set sealing and coding from package trials
The machine uses solid-ink coding, with a counting device listed as optional. The page also lists alternative motor and speed values; this reference does not treat the faster value as standard.
Provide the film structure, thickness, desired code format and target line rate. Agree trial checks for seal integrity, code readability and consistent bag tracking, then record the useful settings for that package rather than using the controller maximum as a film temperature.
Plan the workstation and consumable package
The outline drawing shows height adjustment, so the nominal envelope alone is insufficient for workstation clearance. Check the final seal height and operator access against an approved drawing.
Confirm voltage, frequency, selected speed configuration and the optional counter. Include ink rollers, characters and sealing belts in the consumable list, with their exact codes and an agreed replacement procedure.

- Supply filled bag dimensions and weight, film samples, code format and required line speed. Confirm a package trial and the exact motor/speed option.
- Total conveyor loading is not a per-bag capacity. Optional counting, electrical configuration and supplied consumables require confirmation; no universal package compatibility or available stock is asserted.
