Fit the horizontal bag format to the compact conveyor
FRM-810I is the horizontal member of the FRM-810 family. Its sealing-head relationship to the conveyor differs from the upright FRM-810II, so the suffix matters when choosing a bag presentation.
Test a filled sample for support, opening position and stable travel. Confirm any extra infeed or outfeed support needed to avoid the bag pulling on the sealing bands or product entering the seal.

Agree a sealing and printing window for the film
The source combines heat sealing with solid-ink coding. Temperature range and alternative speed figures are machine data, not recommended settings for every film or a promised production rate.
Provide the film structure, thickness, bag dimensions and code format. Agree the selected speed/motor build and a trial covering seal integrity, print legibility and bag tracking. Request the optional counter separately if it is required.
Complete the workstation and consumable schedule
The published model envelope is 954 × 400 × 340 mm. Check actual bag-support and operator clearance in addition to the machine footprint, and select the appropriate voltage/frequency version.
List ink rollers, characters and replacement sealing belts in the order, with their part numbers and changing procedure. Confirm the final guards and supplied tools, using the second manufacturer view to discuss access rather than infer a complete accessory package.
