Support upright pouches through the seal
FR-770II is the vertical version in Hualian’s FR-770 range. The conveyor supports the pouch while the band mechanism carries its mouth through the heated and cooling sections. The vertical format can be useful when the package needs to stay upright rather than lie flat.
The published distance from seal centre to conveyor is adjustable from 200 to 320 mm. Check that the filled pouch can stand and present its mouth at that height without dragging, tipping or carrying excessive weight through the sealing bands.

Match film, temperature and line speed
Hualian lists a 10 mm sealing width, two 300 W sealing heaters and a 0–300°C controller range. The controller limit is not a working-temperature recommendation for every film. Establish a temperature and speed combination with the actual pouch laminate and product.
The specified overall conveyor loading is no more than 3 kg total. That is a limit for the conveyor load, not permission for every pouch to weigh 3 kg while several bags occupy the belt. The published 840 × 180 mm conveyor also needs to accommodate the pack base and feeding spacing.

Define printing and package acceptance
The manufacturer describes steel-wheel embossing and a counting device as optional. Embossing should not be confused with a solid-ink or ribbon printer found on other band-sealer families. Specify the required code and whether the proposed marking method is readable on the selected pouch.
Run a representative package trial and assess seal continuity, cooling, appearance and handling strength. Confirm voltage and frequency, included printing or counting options, consumable bands and service parts. No vacuum, gas-flush or filling function is inferred from this sealing-machine listing.

- Provide pouch material, filled dimensions and weight for a seal trial.
- Keep the total conveyor load within the published 3 kg limit.
- Specify electrical variant and any optional embossing or counter; this is not an ink-printing model by default.
- Confirm seal acceptance criteria, consumable bands and support for the upright pouch.
