Fit the bag to the conveyor and sealing head
The FRM-1120LD passes the bag top through heated bands while the conveyor supports the package. Adjustable head and conveyor height allow the sealing line to be positioned for the bag format.
Start the selection with the filled bag height, width, weight and required headspace. Check the infeed and outfeed arrangement, operator reach and clearance around the machine using a dimensioned layout.

Validate sealing with the actual packaging material
The published speed, temperature and loading values describe operating limits. They do not establish a successful seal for every film or filled product. The 0–300°C controller range is especially not a recommended setting for a particular bag.
Provide the film structure, thickness, bag sample and required seal checks for a trial. Agree a usable operating window and line speed after checking seal integrity and the way the filled package moves on the belt.
Specify coding, consumables and line integration
The integrated coder uses a solid-ink roller. Hualian identifies a counting device as optional, so it should be requested explicitly if the packaging workflow needs one.
Include the desired date or batch format, replacement ink rollers, type characters and sealing belts in the procurement discussion. Match the selected electrical version to the site supply and confirm the final layout before connecting upstream filling or downstream handling equipment.
