Choose the orientation around the filled pouch
The vertical arrangement supports an upright bag while its open edge enters the sealing head. This is a practical distinction from the horizontal FRB-770I, especially when the contents should remain in the bottom of the pouch during closure. The correct arrangement still depends on bag stiffness, fill level and how the operator presents the opening.

Match film and filled-bag geometry
Hualian describes continuous heat sealing with constant-temperature control and variable speed. Seal quality depends on matching the film structure, temperature and dwell time. Provide the real laminate and a filled-bag sample so a trial can establish a suitable setting instead of relying on a broad film-material list.
The FRB-770II table gives a 150–270 mm distance between sealing centre and conveyor. Check this against the filled pouch height and the free film needed above the contents. The listed ten-kilogram conveyor load is an overall load, not an approval for any individual bag geometry.
Agree coding and the actual operating setting
The manufacturer lists an embossing wheel and counting device as options. Specify the required date or batch mark and its position when defining the machine configuration. Do not assume those options are installed because another version appears in the catalogue.
The source writes belt speed as 0–16 (0–24) m/min without explaining the alternative. It also contains an unclear motor-power row. These values are deliberately excluded from the fixed specification list; confirm the selected build and usable sealing speed in a film trial.
