The ZLSP260B is the 15 kW model in GEMCO’s rotating-die B table. This mechanism identification matters because the broader catalogue also contains rotating-roller machines and other drive arrangements.

Check the feed system against useful pellet output
GEMCO lists a 160–250 kg/h wood-pellet reference range. The usable rate should be checked together with pellet durability and fines for the intended feed, rather than treating the highest figure as guaranteed production.
Describe the biomass species, feed particle size and moisture, intended pellet diameter and operating schedule. Request a die recommendation and trial, then establish the preparation and feed-handling requirements that keep material within the agreed process window.
Plan discharge handling and service access
The generic process picture illustrates extrusion and pellet collection; it is not a documented run of this model. Consider cooling, screening and collection or packaging around the actual trial results and the intended fuel-quality specification.
