A C-series flat-die pellet press
ZLSP200C belongs to GEMCO’s electric rotating-die range. Material is pressed through a flat die to form pellets. The manufacturer distinguishes the C series by its enclosed motor arrangement; a photograph of the family does not establish the scale or accessories of an individual 200C build.
This reference keeps the 200C identity separate from the 200B and from similarly numbered roller-turned machines. Their frames and published packing data should not be interchanged.

Treat output as a feed-dependent reference
The selected table lists three-phase 7.5 kW power and a wood-pellet output range of 80–120 kg/h. That range is a manufacturer reference rather than a promised result for an unspecified mixture. Animal-feed figures and larger ring-die capacities are not substituted.
Describe wood species, particle-size distribution, moisture and intended pellet dimensions. Request a representative run to establish output and pellet condition with the proposed die. Upstream size reduction or drying remains separate process scope.

Plan installation and wear parts
The manufacturer gives 1050 × 550 × 830 mm as the 200C package size. Obtain an installation drawing and operating clearances before allocating floor space; packing dimensions do not define maintenance access.
Confirm voltage, starting equipment, die and roller specification, lubrication and spare wear parts. Define any milling, drying, cooling, screening or bagging equipment as separate scope rather than treating the pellet press as a complete line.
Planning your configuration
- Use a representative feedstock trial to verify practical output and pellet quality.
- Confirm voltage, motor starter and die specification for the selected rotating-die C-series build.
- Package size is not the working envelope; request clearances and maintenance access.
- Family machinery and material illustrations are not exact-unit inspection or production evidence.
