Keep the rotating-die model identity explicit
GEMCO uses B suffixes in more than one flat-die mechanism family. This reference is the ZLSP230B entry under the rotating-die table, with an 11 kW three-phase drive. It should be specified by its mechanism as well as the size code.
The B-family product photograph shows the exposed motor and adjacent controls. It explains the arrangement, while the exact base, controls and guards should come from the current ZLSP230B order drawing.

Establish output using the actual prepared feed
The table gives a 120–200 kg/h wood-pellet reference range. Raw-material properties and the die affect output, so the figure is a sizing reference rather than a production guarantee for every sawdust or agricultural-residue mixture.
Provide material type, moisture, particle-size distribution and the required pellet diameter. Ask for a material trial with useful output and pellet quality recorded together, and settle any crushing, drying or mixing steps before sizing a complete production arrangement.
Plan the process beyond the press outlet
The manufacturer process illustration shows extrusion through a flat die and pellet collection. It is a generic process image, without a confirmed ZLSP230B identity or measured result.
Include cooling, fines separation, storage and packaging in the project discussion. The published 1180 × 540 × 1000 mm figure is a package size, not a full installed working envelope; request access clearances, foundation details, drive starting requirements and model-matched dies and rollers.

- Confirm the rotating-die ZLSP230B build, 11 kW supply requirements and material-specific die. Do not borrow another B-family mechanism or feed-pellet rating.
