Distinguish the small B build from C and other mechanisms
The ZLSP150B entry belongs to GEMCO’s rotating-die B table. Its motor layout, package and published output differ from the 150C alternative, even where the drive rating is the same.
Write the full model and mechanism in the equipment schedule. Use the shared B-family picture to discuss layout, then request the actual 150B drawing, control package and supplied guard arrangement.

Validate the feed and die at the required pellet quality
The manufacturer lists 50–100 kg/h for this wood-pellet reference. Actual useful output depends on the material, moisture, particle size and die, so it is not a guaranteed rate for every biomass or feed mixture.
Provide a representative material and target pellet diameter. Agree a trial reporting useful pellets and fines, and identify crushing, drying or mixing needed before the mill. Do not replace the wood-pellet range with an animal-feed capacity from another application.
Complete the small process and installation package
The manufacturer process illustration shows general pellet extrusion and collection, without an identified 150B run. Agree any cooling, screening, storage and packing steps needed for the intended product.
The 800 × 450 × 700 mm figure is a package size. Confirm installed space, electrical starting requirements, service access and model-matched dies and rollers, together with instructions and spare-part codes for the selected build.

- Confirm rotating-die ZLSP150B and the three-phase 5.5 kW supply, die specification and a representative material trial. Define usable output and pellet quality together.
