Identify the C-series rotating-die build
GEMCO separates rotating-die mills from rotating-roller mills, even where similar ZLSP size codes appear. The ZLSP150C belongs to the rotating-die C family. Its motor is enclosed in a cabinet, distinguishing the layout from the exposed-motor B family.
The manufacturer photograph illustrates the C-series arrangement. It does not establish the precise scale or accessory list of the 150C build. Ask for the current model drawing, nameplate and supplied controls before finalising a machine selection.

Match the die and prepared feed before sizing output
The manufacturer gives 60–110 kg/h for the ZLSP150C wood-pellet reference. This is a model-table range, rather than an accepted production rate for an untested raw material. Ratings from feed-pellet machines or rotating-roller variants should not be substituted.
Specify the biomass species, particle-size distribution, moisture and intended pellet diameter. Request a representative trial and a die recommendation, including the preparation steps needed before feeding the press. A mill alone should not be assumed to include crushing, drying or a complete handling line.
Define fuel quality and the surrounding process
The second image is a generic GEMCO wood-fuel illustration. Its pellets and flame explain the intended fuel use; they are not a production sample from this ZLSP150C or evidence of a fuel certificate.
Agree the trial measurements for pellet durability, fines, moisture and useful output with the intended fuel user. Include cooling, screening and storage requirements in the process plan. The published package dimensions support shipping planning; request installed clearances, electrical details and confirmed machine mass separately.
