Keep the selected H column as one process configuration
The CTNM30 table repeats H with different equipment quantities and line lengths. This record follows only the first H column, keeping its graders, polishers, sorter and power figure together.
Specify the full equipment and elevator schedule in the quotation, including the common cleaner, husker, separator and two NF15A whitening stages. The shared CTNM30 photograph identifies the family arrangement rather than a verified installed H line.

Define the product target across whitening, grading and polishing
The chosen H column lists two MMJP63×3 graders and two MP14A water polishers with one DRC-84 colour sorter. Counts alone do not establish the final rice yield, broken fraction or appearance for a particular paddy variety.
Provide grain condition, target grade and defect limits, then request a trial with a mass balance and sorting-loss record. Confirm the water, air and aspiration services required by the selected process, together with the adjustment and cleaning workflow.

Approve the layout and utilities for that configuration
The first H column gives 138.65 kW and 14700 × 3400 × 4700 mm. A final installation needs service clearances, access platforms, collection arrangements and a motor-load schedule in addition to this envelope.
Confirm useful capacity on an agreed grain and operating-hours basis; no daily tonnage is inferred from the “30” model code. Ask for the exact control, service-part and commissioning scope and keep alternative H equipment counts separately documented.

- State grain condition, target grade, useful capacity basis and available site services. Confirm the first H configuration or obtain a separate specification for the other alternative.
- Do not mix the two H columns or treat them as additional independent models. Family/component images are not stock, installed-line inspection or a GLOBSEEK rice-processing case.
