Follow the A configuration through the shared process chart
The CTNM20 family chart uses different endpoint markers for 20A, 20B and 20C. The A path includes cleaning and destoning, husking, paddy separation and the first whitening stage; the longer family paths should not be read as equipment automatically included with A.
The model table confirms TQLQ60, MLGT15, MGCZ80×6 and NF15A in the CTNM20A column. Use those named stages as the starting equipment schedule, then agree elevators, aspiration and discharge arrangements in the final line proposal.

Match grain condition and the required rice finish
The NF15A is the whitener named for this configuration. Xiangliang’s component photograph identifies the machine, while the line table establishes its role in CTNM20A; the photograph is not a complete line layout.
Provide paddy variety, moisture and impurity levels, together with target rice grade and acceptable broken-rice content. Request trials and a mass balance for that grain rather than assuming that the family capacity figure also guarantees a particular finished-rice yield or appearance.

Approve the complete installation rather than the envelope alone
The A column lists 25 kW and 3000 × 2500 × 3900 mm. Its 20 t/d capacity entry needs a confirmed grain basis and operating-hours assumption before it can be used to plan shifts or storage.
Ask for the actual floor layout, service clearances, foundation and electrical load schedule, along with bran and husk collection. Agree which grading or polishing stages are required by the intended product; they are not filled into blank CTNM20A table cells by assumption.
Planning your configuration
- Define paddy condition, daily operating hours, finished-rice requirements and site utilities. Confirm capacity basis, mass balance and the final component schedule.
- The family diagram is a process reference, not a photograph of an installed CTNM20A. No CTNM20B/C-only equipment, stock, trial result or GLOBSEEK milling project is implied.
