The CHALION reference describes cleaning and destoning, rubber-roller husking, paddy separation, whitening, grading and grain elevators. A sourcing request should identify the paddy variety and moisture, required output and finished-rice requirements. Confirm which stages, handling equipment and drive components are included; additional polishing or colour sorting should be specified separately.
