What distinguishes the CTNM20C layout
The CTNM20 range has three configurations with the same published daily capacity. The A layout is the simpler route. The B adds a second whitener and rice grading, while the C table also lists an MP14A polisher. This makes the finishing requirement the useful starting point for selection, rather than the shared capacity figure.
The product photograph is identified by Xiangliang as CTNM20C. It shows a linked arrangement of processing units and elevators. It is a manufacturer reference image and does not identify a machine held or inspected by GLOBSEEK.

How the grain moves through the line
The listed route begins with combined cleaning and stone removal, followed by rubber-roll husking and paddy separation. Unhulled paddy is returned for further husking; brown rice proceeds to whitening. The C configuration then grades and polishes the white rice.
The manufacturer also publishes a series flow diagram, useful for discussing return streams and bran or husk handling. Some component labels in that diagram differ from the current table, so a current layout drawing and equipment schedule are needed to settle the exact quoted configuration.

Workshop and utility planning
The published CTNM20C external envelope is six metres long, 2.5 metres wide and 3.9 metres high. This is the equipment outline, so access for maintenance, intake, finished-rice handling and dust collection needs to be planned separately.
The table lists 70.5 kW for C, compared with 25 kW for A and 42.25 kW for B. Confirm the motor schedule, supply voltage, starting method and extraction arrangement before treating that figure as a site electrical design.
Planning your configuration
- Give the paddy variety, moisture range and intended finished-rice grade when requesting a configuration. The published capacity is a manufacturer reference, not a yield or throughput guarantee.
- Ask for a current equipment schedule resolving the process-diagram and table label differences. Confirm whether colour sorting, packing, a hammer crushing system, extraction and installation are included.
- Use the CTNM20A/B/C comparison to decide which finishing stages are necessary. Do not infer stock, year, condition, a delivered project or manufacturer authorisation from this reference.
