Select one published F configuration
Xiangliang repeats CTNM30F in two table columns, with different grading equipment counts, line power and overall length. This reference deliberately follows the first F column so its equipment and dimensions form one consistent configuration.
The common cleaning, husking and paddy-separation stages lead into two NF15A whiteners. Confirm the full machinery and elevator schedule in the quotation rather than mixing selected entries from the two F columns into an unlisted line.

Define the polishing and sorting result for the grain
The chosen F column includes MP14A water polishing and a DRC-84 colour sorter after whitening and grading. These named stages establish a process arrangement, not a guaranteed rice yield, appearance or defect-removal rate for every variety.
Provide grain moisture, impurity and defect information with the target product grade. Ask for representative trials recording broken rice, useful yield, polishing result and sorting losses, and confirm the water and air services required by the selected machines.

Approve utilities and layout for the quoted configuration
The first published F configuration lists 107.45 kW and a 11700 × 3400 × 4700 mm envelope. The manufacturer model code alone does not provide a daily capacity basis, so no tonnage per day is inferred from “30”.
Request motor loads, aspiration and waste collection, storage interfaces and maintenance clearances in the actual installation layout. Confirm the selected F column, control package, service parts and acceptance procedure before finalising the line.
Planning your configuration
- State the grain condition, target product grade, useful capacity basis and available utilities. Confirm the first F configuration or obtain a separately documented alternative.
- The other published F column is a configuration choice, not an extra independent model in this catalogue. Family and component images do not prove an installed line, stock or GLOBSEEK processing result.
