Match the STLB80 duty to a prepared ore stream
The STLB80 table entry has its own 15 kW drive and 400 rpm cone speed. Its 10–20 t/h reference range should be evaluated with a defined feed stream rather than inferred from the common exterior illustration.
Provide ore mineralogy, liberation and particle-size distribution, together with the required heavy-mineral concentrate. Confirm upstream crushing and classification so the published feed-size limit is not mistaken for evidence that the valuable minerals are liberated.

Specify concentrate cycling and process water
The manufacturer diagram shows separate slurry, tailings and concentrate routes. Agree the feed control, water connections and concentrate discharge cycle, including how collected concentrate reaches the next process stage.
Request an application-specific water requirement and confirm the feeding-density basis. Generic water-demand or recovery figures should not replace a test and water balance for the actual ore and operating cycle.

Approve installed loads and useful test performance
Use the 2300 × 1800 × 2200 mm reference dimensions to start the layout review, then obtain the approved drawing, foundation loads, drive starting details and service clearances. The concentrate and water-handling package remains part of the system design.
Agree a trial reporting throughput, recovery and concentrate mass together. Include controls, model-matched wear parts and operating instructions in the equipment schedule; no universal recovery result is established by the catalogue capacity.
Planning your configuration
- Provide mineralogy, feed grading, slurry concentration and the required concentrate. Request representative tests and a confirmed water/discharge design.
- Confirm STLB80 installation, controls and wear parts. Family images do not establish stock, inspected condition or a GLOBSEEK mineral-processing case.
