Assess the smallest listed STLB duty with prepared feed
The STLB20 is the smallest unit in JXSC’s published family table. Its own capacity, speed and footprint differ from the larger models, so the shared exterior image should be treated as a family arrangement rather than a scaled STLB20 view.
Provide a representative ore sample and particle-size analysis. Confirm that crushing, classification and liberation produce a suitable feed before interpreting the 0–2.5 mm equipment range as a usable process specification.

Set the feed, water and discharge cycle
The family operating diagram separates slurry input, tailings and concentrate paths. A small circuit still needs an agreed feed rate, fluidisation-water arrangement and concentrate collection or discharge cycle.
Ask which controls and connections are supplied, how the unit is cleaned between samples or batches and how concentrate losses are checked. Confirm the water requirements for the material instead of treating the family’s generic water figures as a fixed project duty.

Measure useful recovery and prepare the installation
The source capacity is 0.5–1 t/h with a 20–50% feeding-density entry. Agree the basis for those values and the test method, then record recovery, concentrate mass and throughput together for the actual ore.
Use an approved layout to confirm the drive, foundation, access and handling around the 800 × 560 × 710 mm reference envelope. Include model-matched wear parts and the downstream treatment of the concentrate in the process discussion.
Planning your configuration
- Provide mineralogy, liberation and feed grading, slurry concentration and the intended concentrate. Agree a representative test and capacity/recovery measurement basis.
- Confirm STLB20 water, controls, discharge and installation requirements. No universal recovery, stock, inspected unit or GLOBSEEK processing project is asserted.
