Use the STLB30 row for a small prepared-slurry duty
Centrifugal concentration uses a rotating bowl to separate a heavy fraction from a lighter flowing slurry. The STLB30 is a smaller table entry than STLB60, with its own motor, speed and footprint; the shared product picture should not be used to infer those values.
Define the feed mineralogy, liberation and particle-size distribution before selecting the unit. A nominal 0–4 mm feed range describes a published equipment limit, not proof that every valuable mineral is sufficiently liberated at that size.

Agree the concentrate cycle and water arrangement
The operating diagram identifies separate feed, tailings and concentrate paths. Specify how concentrate is collected, when the cycle is stopped or discharged and how the unit connects to the upstream classifier and downstream concentrate treatment.
Confirm the required water pressure, flow and quality with the manufacturer for the proposed material. The general water table is not converted into a project demand here, and the source’s broad recovery claims are not used as acceptance guarantees.

Test the ore and confirm the installed package
The source lists 2–3 t/h and 20–50% feeding density for STLB30. Confirm whether the capacity and concentration refer to the intended feed basis, then assess useful throughput, concentrate mass and recovery together in a representative test.
Request foundation and access requirements for the 1280 × 1030 × 1135 mm reference envelope, together with controls, drive details and wear parts. Agree the final water and concentrate-handling package as part of the circuit rather than treating the listed footprint as a complete plant.
Planning your configuration
- Provide ore assays/mineralogy, feed grading, slurry concentration and target concentrate. Request a representative test with agreed capacity and recovery measurements.
- Confirm water, discharge controls, foundation and wear parts for STLB30. Family drawings are not a stocked-unit inspection or a GLOBSEEK processing case.
