Match the bench to the repair programme
Panda’s CR815 description covers common-rail injectors, piezo injectors and several high-pressure pump families. It also mentions electronic unit-injector and unit-pump systems. Those statements describe the offered functional range; they do not show that every drive, oil circuit, fixture or cable is included in one standard build.
Prepare a list of the actual injector and pump part numbers handled by the workshop. Ask for the corresponding adapter list, test plans and a demonstration of the required routines before comparing benches on their multifunction label alone.

Plan the utilities around the selected build
The official CR815 listing gives 11 kW power, a 40-litre main tank, 850 kg mass and a 191 × 113 × 156 cm envelope. Its electrical entries list alternative voltages and phase arrangements. They should be resolved into one confirmed nameplate specification before an electrical circuit is designed.
Industrial forced cooling is described as optional. Clarify the cooling arrangement, working fluid, filtration and temperature-control requirements for the intended duty. The page’s pressure and speed figures lack sufficiently clear units, so they are not reproduced here as operating limits.

Check data, calibration and included functions
The manufacturer describes coding, response-time measurement, user data entry and online software support. Confirm which functions are licensed, how updates are supplied and what reference procedures are available for the specific components being serviced.
Request a calibration record and a repeatability demonstration using known reference components. Names of injector manufacturers on the page indicate claimed compatibility; they do not establish an OEM approval, a GLOBSEEK service capability or a calibration certificate for an individual bench.
Planning your configuration
- Provide injector and pump part numbers and ask for an itemised fixture, drive and software scope.
- Resolve voltage, phase, cooling and utility requirements for one quoted build.
- Confirm coding coverage, software-update terms, calibration method and reference-test repeatability.
- Gallery image filenames differ from the page model; obtain current model-labelled general-arrangement photographs before ordering.
