Panda Diesel describes common-rail injector performance checks and piezo support on the CR518 page. Those functions should be mapped to actual part numbers and the required test plans rather than a broad promise to test every injector from a named brand.
Send the workshop’s injector list and repair workflow. Agree the holders, connectors, software routines and coding/report outputs supplied for that list, then request a representative demonstration before accepting the package.

Define pressure, fluid temperature and calibration checks
The manufacturer explicitly states a rail-pressure ceiling up to 2700 bar. That limit is not a test setting for every injector, and the relevant pressure, timing and fluid conditions should come from the supported test procedure.
Industrial cooling is listed as optional. Describe test duration and daily duty, and confirm the required temperature control, calibration and repeatability checks. No continuous-duty temperature or universal measurement-accuracy guarantee is adopted from the marketing text.
Specify the electrical and data-support build
The model table gives 5.5 kW, a 30 L tank and electrical alternatives. Confirm the actual phase, voltage, frequency, connection and installation needs, together with the final 400 kg reference mass and model drawing.
The second source photograph shows a control interface on a different reference enclosure. A screen is not proof that every software option is included; agree licences, updates, test-data scope, service parts and commissioning responsibilities explicitly.
