Define compatibility by the parts to be tested
Beacon describes the CR910 as a platform for common-rail solenoid and piezo injectors, common-rail pumps and additional diesel injection systems. A workshop should supply the actual injector and pump part numbers so test data, fixtures, connections and wiring can be checked together.
The manufacturer cabinet photograph identifies the CR910 reference. A matching cabinet or a menu icon alone does not establish compatibility with every component family; the quotation needs to list the tests and adapters included for the workshop’s real work.

Keep each circuit and test module explicit
The documented configuration describes separate fuel and engine-oil circuits for HEUI work and a TU-D cam box for EUI/EUP components. These arrangements require their own fixtures and fluid connections. They should be identified separately from the common-rail injector and pump package.
Beacon lists further cam boxes, special pumps, coding functions and multi-injector arrangements as configuration choices. The source notes that multi-injector measurement can depend on the fixture, control system and flow sensors. Confirm the number of test positions and whether measurement is sequential or simultaneous.

Plan installation and a meaningful acceptance test
The published standard is a 15 kW motor on a 380 V three-phase supply. Alternative motors and supplies are listed as choices, so confirm the actual motor, cooling arrangement and electrical load for the selected package. The packing weight is not an unpacked machine weight.
Use representative workshop parts for acceptance, with agreed test plans, repeatability checks and reporting fields. Confirm software languages, update arrangements, calibration, consumables and replacement adapters. A laboratory specification or a list of software functions is not a universal repair or coding guarantee.
Planning your configuration
- Send injector/pump part numbers and the required common-rail, HEUI and EUI/EUP test functions. Request a line-item list of fixtures, wiring, test data, optional coding and report features.
- Confirm utilities, dimensions, cooling and the offered revision before installation. Manufacturer photographs and specifications do not establish GLOBSEEK inventory, inspection or manufacturer authorisation.
