Solids separation in a treatment train
eWater describes a rotating filter with automatic cleaning for fish-farm water. This is a mechanical treatment stage. A complete RAS still needs its other treatment functions; a drum filter should not be substituted for biological conversion or oxygen management.

A model-specific installation envelope
The ED-316L-200B column provides the barrel and overall dimensions shown here. Reserve additional space for pipework, screen access and waste collection. The gallery illustrates the filter family; the photographed unit's exact model is not established.

Backwash and utilities
The table specifies nozzle pressure and separate pump and motor ratings. Confirm the inlet head, screen opening and discharge arrangement for the project. Neither a guaranteed solids-removal percentage nor a treatment flow is inferred from those utility figures.

Manufacturer gallery detail of the drum-filter family; confirm fittings for the selected model.
Planning your configuration
- Specify design and peak flow, species, feed rate and expected solids.
- Confirm mesh size, saltwater compatibility and backwash water demand.
- Request the ED-316L-200B connection drawing and scope of supplied controls.
