Define the double-gun marking pattern
YG identifies YG-8D as the double-gun cold-paint model, separate from the single-gun YG-8S on the same page. The two guns should be specified around the required strip widths, spacing and operating pattern.
Provide a line drawing and coating requirements, then confirm the selected tips, gun mounts and control method. The published width range should not be multiplied by two to assume an unsupported total marking width.

Select the paint and pump duty together
The model-specific table lists 8–12 MPa pressure and 8 L/min unloading flow. The latter is not a demonstrated paint delivery rate through every tip, and the listed thickness needs its wet or dry measurement basis confirmed.
State paint chemistry, viscosity and solids, intended film thickness and target walking rate. Request a spray trial that checks line edge, coverage and film build, with the nozzle and pressure settings recorded for that coating.
Confirm the build, cleaning and spare-parts package
The reference photographs show different YG-8D builds. Treat them as manufacturer examples, and agree the engine model, hoses, filters, guns, guards and controls through a current drawing and packing list.
Ask for the compatible cleaning procedure and replacement seals, filters and tips. Check handling and transport against the table’s 120 kg reference weight, and keep service-life claims or features from neighbouring branded machines outside this model specification.

- Provide line pattern, paint data, wet/dry thickness requirement and target application rate. Agree the nozzle/gun layout and an actual coating trial.
