Choose the single-gun arrangement for the line pattern
The YG-8S has one gun in the manufacturer’s model table, while YG-8D is the separate double-gun entry. Select the gun mount and tip around the required line width and geometry rather than borrowing the wider model’s figures.
Provide line drawings, paint data and required coverage. Confirm guide position, gun adjustment and controls through a current build drawing and an application trial.

YG Machinery photograph identified as YG-8S. The pictured engine and gun assembly are a reference build.
Set the pump and nozzle from the coating trial
The stated 4.8 L/min is unloading flow, not a measured paint-output rate through a selected nozzle. Pressure and thickness ranges also need interpretation with the paint viscosity, solids and the required wet or dry film basis.
Ask for a trial recording tip, pressure and walking speed together with line edge and film build. Establish usable settings for the specified coating instead of treating a catalogue maximum as a guaranteed marking result.
Confirm the reference build and cleaning package
The two source photographs illustrate different YG-8S builds. Agree the actual engine, pump, hose length, filters, gun and guards on a parts and packing schedule rather than treating them as views of one inspected machine.
Request a coating-compatible cleaning procedure and model-matched tips, filters and seals. Confirm handling and transport arrangements for the published 120 kg reference mass, with operating instructions and service support defined for the selected build.

Planning your configuration
- State coating properties, line width, thickness basis and target application rate. Agree the nozzle/gun setup and a representative spray trial.
- Confirm engine and included parts. Source pressure, unloading flow and width are separate ratings; no stock, inspection or GLOBSEEK road-marking case is implied.
