Specify the line system before selecting the shoe
The YG-380 is a hand-push thermoplastic machine with a scraping marking shoe, heated material tank and glass-bead container. The manufacturer identifies a 150 mm standard shoe and several alternative widths in the model-specific table.
State the required line width, thickness, material specification and pavement condition. Agree which shoe and bead dispenser will be supplied for those requirements; a list of available widths does not mean every shoe is included.

Plan material heating and bead application together
YG lists LPG heating and a 100 kg thermoplastic tank. The page separately describes hot-melt kettles, so an application machine should not be assumed to include an upstream preheater or a complete material-preparation system.
Describe how the marking compound is melted, transferred and kept within its supplier’s processing window. Define bead type, application rate and coverage, then confirm how the selected dispenser works with the chosen line width and walking speed.
Confirm handling, setup and wear parts
The YG-380-specific block lists 1200 × 900 × 950 mm dimensions and 100 kg weight. Other tables on the same page belong to different machines, including powered and convex-line versions, and are not used for this model.
Request the current build drawing, burner and regulator details, shoe adjustment method and replacement wear parts. Establish trial acceptance for line geometry, bead distribution and surface finish on the intended coating system, rather than adopting the catalogue thickness range as proof of compliance.

Planning your configuration
- Provide coating and bead specifications, line geometry, required widths and site conditions. Confirm the included shoe, heating accessories and material-preparation equipment.
- Do not borrow performance or powered-drive data from neighbouring YG models. Manufacturer photos are not inspection, road-project or stock evidence from GLOBSEEK.
