Place hot thermoplastic and glass beads
The YG-360 is a hand-pushed applicator for thermoplastic road markings. Its heated tank holds material for delivery through the marking shoe, while the synchronized bead dispenser applies glass beads to the line. These are separate adjustments within one marking operation.
The manufacturer lists a standard 150 mm shoe and a 1–2.5 mm thickness range. Other shoe widths are offered, but the 50–200 mm bead-dispenser adjustment should not be mistaken for the full optional marking-width range. Confirm the shoe and dispenser arrangement for the required line.

Separate material preparation from application
The YG-360 table specifies LPG heating and a 100 kg tank. Confirm how the selected thermoplastic is to be melted, held and replenished, and use the material supplier’s approved temperature guidance. Temperatures described for other equipment on the family page are not adopted as universal settings for this applicator.
The same manufacturer page illustrates separate hot-melt kettles. The YG-HMKS image below identifies one such material-preparation unit; it is not a part of the YG-360 chassis or evidence that a kettle is included. Whether a separate preheater is needed depends on the material and operating plan.

Separate YG-HMKS single-cylinder hot-melt kettle, shown only as a manufacturer material-preparation reference. It is not the YG-360 and is not stated to be included.
Specify the line and the support equipment
The exact YG-360 row gives a 1250 × 900 × 950 mm envelope and 110 kg mass. The YG-380 has different dimensions and mass, while the battery-assisted YG-360E is another model. Those specifications are not combined here.
Provide the marking width, thickness, material, bead specification and expected daily work pattern. Define primer or surface-preparation needs, heating supply, spare shoes and the transport arrangement separately. A representative line trial should check geometry, adhesion and bead distribution against the project requirement.
Planning your configuration
- Confirm the exact YG-360 hand-push build, marking shoe and glass-bead-dispenser setting.
- Obtain the paint manufacturer’s preparation and application instructions.
- Specify any separate preheater, primer and surface-preparation equipment explicitly.
- Reference photographs do not imply GLOBSEEK stock, a completed road project or an included YG-HMKS kettle.
