Agree on the required ice format
TV80 produces hollow cylindrical ice, with several diameter and length choices shown on its product page. Select the format for the handling, packing or cooling task. Obtain sample ice and confirm the selected tooling before fixing bagging and storage arrangements.

Treat nominal output as a design starting point
The product introduction and technical table both identify an 8-tonne daily capacity. Actual output needs confirmation at the site's water and ambient conditions. Request a matched refrigeration and utility schedule, including the chosen electrical supply, rather than calculating a plant requirement from the nominal ice figure alone.

Provide cooling water and an ice-handling route
Koller lists water cooling and separate circulating, cooling-water and tower motors. Plan those services alongside the ice bin, drainage and maintenance access. Water treatment and hygienic transfer requirements depend on the intended application; the ice photograph illustrates shape rather than certifying a particular production batch.

Planning your configuration
- State required daily output, ice diameter/length and actual ambient and inlet-water temperatures.
- Confirm cooling tower, water treatment, storage, packing and electrical scope.
- Request the final refrigerant/compressor selection and performance sheet; ambiguous website entries are not adopted.
