Choose the ice format for handling and use
TV100 produces hollow tube ice with several listed diameters and cut lengths. Agree on the selected format before choosing transfer, storage and packing equipment. The gallery's ice example illustrates the shape and does not establish the output of a particular delivered unit.

Confirm output under the site's conditions
Both the TV100 introduction and its parameter block specify a nominal 10-tonne daily output. Obtain a performance proposal for the actual water and ambient conditions. Confirm the refrigeration and electrical configuration rather than sizing the whole facility from the nominal ice figure alone.

Integrate the cooling and ice-handling services
Koller lists water cooling with separate circulating, cooling-water and tower motor duties. Plan those utilities, water treatment and drainage alongside the ice collection route. Provide maintenance access around the frame and refrigeration assemblies shown in the gallery, using a final model-specific layout for installation.

Planning your configuration
- Specify required output, ice size, inlet-water conditions and maximum ambient temperature.
- Confirm cooling tower, water treatment, storage, packing and electrical requirements.
- Request final layout and refrigeration schedule; the anomalous evaporating-temperature row is not adopted.
