The manufacturer places 160M4 and 200M4 on one page but gives them different diameter scopes and heater powers. This record follows the 200M4 column, not a renamed copy of the smaller model’s ratings.

Define the manual joining cycle from the pipe procedure
Manual carriage actuation requires an agreed method for bringing faced pipe ends together and maintaining the joining load. Request the operating procedure and the manufacturer’s load-control instructions for the specified pipe.
Use the applicable material procedure for plate temperature, heating, changeover and cooling. The controller’s 0–270°C range is a machine capability, not a recommended fusion temperature or proof that a finished joint meets a project requirement.
Complete the site power and tool schedule
The WDP200M4 total is 2.31 kW, comprising the 1.6 kW plate and 0.71 kW facer. Confirm actual plugs, cable and power protection, including generator requirements if the machine will work away from a fixed supply.
