Choose the 160 mm manual-carriage model
The manufacturer publishes WDP160M4 and WDP200M4 on one page, with different size and heater ratings. This reference follows the 160M4 table rather than borrowing the larger model’s 200 mm limit or 1.6 kW plate.
Provide the pipe material, diameter and wall thickness, together with fitting access requirements. Confirm every required reducer insert and the usable clamping arrangement in the supplied machine, because a family photograph cannot establish the exact insert set.

Use the pipe procedure to define manual joining
The manual carriage changes how the operator applies and maintains the joining load. Obtain the manufacturer’s operating method for alignment, facing, heating, changeover and cooling with the specified pipe.
The 0–270°C entry is a controller range, not a prescribed fusion temperature. Agree the applicable material procedure and practical load-control method, and request a representative demonstration rather than assuming that manual movement alone proves a compliant joint.
Complete the electrical and tool package
The listed 1.71 kW total is the sum of the 1.0 kW plate and 0.71 kW facer. Confirm power protection, plugs and extension or generator requirements against the actual build and site conditions.
Use the second family view to discuss frame access, reducer changes and tooling. List the heating plate, support, facer, blade spares, inserts and carrying equipment explicitly, together with instructions and the relevant calibration or checking method.

Planning your configuration
- State pipe material, diameters, SDR/wall thickness, fitting geometry and required joining procedure. Confirm individual insert sizes and manual force-control method.
- The shared gallery is not an exact-size or packing-list guarantee. Controller range is not a process setting; no joint inspection, stock or GLOBSEEK manufacturer authorisation is implied.
