A seated machine for wider slab passes
PME-RS100 is DIMEC’s ride-on concrete-finishing model, using two rotor assemblies beneath an operator platform. The listed eight blades provide the working contact with the slab; the selected blade or floating-pan arrangement should suit the concrete condition and the intended finishing stage.
The published 1960 mm figure describes the machine’s working coverage. It should not be interpreted as the diameter of each rotor. Check access widths, turning space and areas around columns before replacing smaller walk-behind equipment with a ride-on machine.

Engine and rotating equipment
The model page consistently names the Honda GX690 engine and electric starting. It gives a rotor-speed range of 70–140 r/min and 360 × 195 mm blade dimensions. These references help compare the machine with the existing tools and consumables used by a finishing crew.
The same source gives conflicting horsepower entries and an unclear weight notation. Neither is adopted as a verified specification. Request the actual engine nameplate, machine mass and blade attachment details for the proposed build, especially when planning lifting and transport.

Select for the concrete and the crew
Describe the slab area, mix, site access and required surface finish. Ask which floating pans and finish blades are supplied, and verify their compatibility with the rotor assemblies. A published speed range does not define the correct pass speed or the right moment to enter fresh concrete.
Confirm blade-pitch adjustment, controls, routine maintenance access, lifting points and the parts needed for local service. The photographs show manufacturer reference equipment; they do not establish a current unit’s condition, availability or jobsite productivity.
Planning your configuration
- Confirm installed GX690 engine specification and actual machine mass; conflicting horsepower and ambiguous mass are deliberately omitted.
- Match pans, blades and operating sequence to the concrete and required finish.
- Check access, lifting plan, controls, consumables and local maintenance capability.
- Original manufacturer product photographs replace later scene illustrations; no project, stock or delivered-machine claim is made.
