Equipment overview
What this machine is built to do.
A borehole deviation tool uses orientation sensors to measure the direction and tilt of a drillhole during logging. The measurements support a trajectory calculation when the borehole and surroundings suit the measurement method. Select the probe clearance, logging cable, depth reference and software for the survey. Magnetic survey tools require attention to steel casing and nearby magnetic materials.
