A veneer peeling machine rotates the log or remaining core while a knife removes a continuous sheet. This rotary process differs from slicing veneer from a stationary flitch. Select log dimensions, veneer thickness, centering or spindleless feeding, knife adjustment and downstream sheet handling around the intended panel product.
