What this machine is built to do.

A slurry ice machine produces fine ice crystals suspended in a liquid solution. The fluid mixture can contact fish or seafood closely and can be moved through a suitable piping arrangement. Brine or seawater input, site temperatures, required ice concentration and storage or pumping arrangements influence system selection. Food-contact applications need a suitable working liquid and contact materials; an industrial coolant must not be assumed suitable for direct seafood contact.
