What this machine is built to do.

A shot peening machine delivers repeated media impacts under a controlled process intended to introduce beneficial compressive stress. It requires different process control from ordinary rust-removal blasting. Specify part geometry, masking, media and the required intensity and coverage verification, then select the fixture, motion control and media management for the treatment.
