A seafood blast freezer circulates cold air around supported products to reach a specified final condition. Product dimensions, packaging and loading strongly influence freezing performance. Provide incoming and target temperatures and batch details, then confirm refrigeration, airflow, rack arrangement and defrost requirements; room temperature alone does not establish freezing time.
