Check the track geometry before selecting press capacity
PTP 100 is the 100-ton entry in the manufacturer’s track-link press table. Its C-frame dimensions are as important as the force rating because the frame, ram and adapters must align with the intended track pin.
Provide the machine and track-chain details, pin and bush dimensions and available access. Request a tooling proposal and drawing showing the reaction faces, pin travel and frame clearance for that track assembly.

Treat handling and reaction support as part of the system
The PTP 100 row gives an approximate 200 kg total weight. POWERJAC also states that lifting assistance is needed during operation, so portability here means a relocatable press system rather than a hand-carried tool.
Agree the handling method, support arrangement and alignment procedure before use. Confirm the correct push pins, receiving sleeves and end adapters, and obtain the manufacturer’s operating instructions for the particular track and tooling combination.
Define the hydraulic and acceptance package
The series is listed with a 700 bar maximum working pressure. Specify the matching pump, hoses, couplings, pressure gauge and controls as one rated system, and confirm which items are included in the quotation.
