Follow the recovered-powder route
COLO describes a unit connected to the coating booth: recovered powder is screened, mixed with fresh powder and returned to spray guns. The recovery interfaces, hopper and feed arrangement establish a connected system beyond a standalone powder sieve.

COLO-3000-R product reference; example of a coating-powder screening and feed assembly.
Specify the actual feed assembly
The reference includes recovery-hose joints, an exhaust vent and a fluidizing hopper that can accept powder-feed pumps. Confirm the supplied pumps and hose interfaces. A product photograph does not establish compatibility with every gun, booth or color-change routine.

Manufacturer recovery-hose and exhaust-vent detail; confirm the actual booth connections.
Plan powder handling and cleaning
Describe the powder, recovery method, gun demand and cleaning/changeover requirements. Ask for the proposed screen, fluidization, return-feed and fresh-powder arrangement. Confirm that the assembly fits the coating workflow and test it with the intended material.
Planning your configuration
- Confirm booth and gun interfaces together.
- Agree on screening, feed and cleaning arrangements.
