Match the mast and load to the rack
RT16Li is identified as a 1600 kg sit-on lithium reach truck on NOBLELIFT's dedicated page. Its table also lists 9500 mm lift height. These are separate reference values, not a statement that every 1600 kg load can be lifted to the maximum height.
Provide the pallet dimensions, load centre, rack beam heights and any attachments. Obtain the residual-capacity chart for the selected mast and check access, floor condition and overhead clearances around the complete route.

Check the aisle and operator position
The listed 2770 mm aisle figure applies to 1000 × 1200 mm pallets crossways. The 1650 mm turning radius and 1270 mm overall width are additional geometry inputs, not a substitute for a route check with the actual pallet and load overhang.
The manufacturer's feature boards show a sit-on position, visibility and control arrangements. Confirm the supplied seat, controls, access and operating procedures for the warehouse rather than assuming every pictured feature is included unchanged.

Specify the lithium power and final configuration
The dedicated table lists 48 V / 350 Ah battery capacity. Review working shifts, charging opportunities and the proposed charger against the actual duty cycle; battery capacity alone does not determine a guaranteed operating time.
Use the final configuration schedule for the mast, battery, charger and control options. Request the load chart, inspection instructions and maintenance access before accepting a reach-truck package for the rack system.

Planning your configuration
- Provide pallet size, load centre, rack height, aisle layout and route conditions.
- Check the selected mast capacity chart; do not combine nominal load with maximum lift height.
- Agree the battery, charger, duty cycle and supplied control configuration.
