Dual-lift arrangement
PT20I combines low-lift pallet transport with an additional mast lift for working at the load. The 2000 kg transport rating must not be treated as the capacity at every mast position. Confirm the load-height chart and pallet compatibility for the intended handling task.

Pallets and aisle planning
The published aisle value refers specifically to an 800 × 1200 mm pallet travelling lengthways. Check the actual pallet, load overhang and turning space before adopting that figure for a working layout.

Duty cycle and charging
The parameter table lists a 24 V, 160 Ah battery. Battery capacity alone does not establish hours per shift. Describe travel distances, stops, lifting frequency and charging opportunities when selecting the final truck and charger.

- Request the confirmed dual-lift height/capacity chart: the web table and feature graphic differ, and transport capacity is not raised-mast capacity.
- Check floor condition, gradients, operating space and braking requirements.
