Match the feed to the small PE crushing chamber

Describe the rock type, feed-size distribution, moisture and desired product before choosing the crusher. Confirm how oversize feed is excluded and how material reaches the chamber without relying on an unsupported shovel-feed production rate.

Treat capacity as a circuit selection range
JXSC lists 3–15 t/h and a 10–60 mm discharge-size range for this row. A particular product grading and throughput must be assessed with the material and selected setting; the upper capacity is not a universal output promise.
Include the required product-size distribution, downstream screen and any recirculation in the circuit enquiry. Ask for representative material testing or an application-specific calculation, including what happens to fine or sticky material at the feed.
Specify drive, foundation and wear parts together
The published PE-150×250 row gives a 5.5 kW motor, 2.2 t weight and 1000 × 1450 × 900 mm overall dimensions. The manufacturer photographs show the family frame and flywheels, rather than an approved installation drawing for this exact size.
Request the current foundation loads, anchor layout, motor and belt-guard arrangement, discharge clearance and maintenance access. Include jaw plates, cheek plates and the required adjustment tools in the wear-parts discussion, with exact part numbers matched to the supplied crusher.
