Separate by density on a moving deck
A reciprocating head motion moves the deck longitudinally while wash water crosses its surface. The riffled or grooved deck helps the feed stratify, allowing heavier and lighter fractions to follow different paths toward the discharge edge. Splitter positions then define the collected products.
The photograph and illustration are JXSC manufacturer references for the shaking-table family. They show the deck, head motion and support arrangement; neither identifies a serial-numbered machine available from GLOBSEEK.

Choose a deck for the prepared feed
The manufacturer separates coarse-sand, fine-sand and slime-deck specifications. The listed maximum feed for its 4450 mm coarse-sand column is two millimetres; the finer deck columns use smaller limits. These columns should not be combined into one universal operating range.
Prepare a feed-size distribution and mineral description before choosing the deck. A table intended for a classified stream is different from a complete washing or crushing circuit, so upstream sizing, pulp preparation and return streams need their own process definition.
Make adjustment and test work part of the selection
JXSC explains that stroke, deck slope, ore-feed concentration and flushing water are adjusted together during commissioning. Its guidance also requires a stable, correctly aligned installation and lubrication of the moving mechanism. Operator adjustment is part of the process rather than a substitute for a suitable feed.
Use a representative mineral test to agree recovery, grade, water demand and useful throughput. The published family page and FAQ give different broad capacity descriptions; the fixed specifications here therefore identify a deck configuration without promising a project production rate.
Planning your configuration
- Provide ore mineralogy, target minerals, feed-size distribution, slurry concentration and required concentrate specification. Ask for the deck and head-motion details used in the mineral trial.
- Confirm direction of discharge, water distribution, foundation drawing, motor supply and the complete circuit scope. No stock status, ore recovery guarantee or GLOBSEEK inspection is implied.
