Selecting the material bins
The PLD3200 model column permits three or four aggregate types. Define the material fractions, loader access and required stock between refills before selecting the layout. Confirm whether the published storage volume applies to the complete arrangement or a particular bin option.

Weighing and gate control
The series photographs show actuated gates and pneumatic connections. Agree on the weighing sequence and material-flow aids for the actual aggregates. Moisture, fines and bridging behaviour should be assessed during calibration and commissioning.

Coordinating the plant cycle
A batcher's catalog rate does not define the output of the complete mixing plant. Match weighing, conveyor transfer and downstream charging time with the production cycle. Reserve room for access to gates, sensors and conveyor service points.

Planning your configuration
- Specify aggregate grading, moisture, bin count and downstream mixer cycle.
- Request complete geometry, installed utilities and foundation loads.
- Agree on calibration and material-flow acceptance tests using the intended aggregates.
