A batcher within a production system
The PLD1600 weighs and dispenses aggregate; it is not a complete concrete mixing plant by itself. HAMAC also shows this model in plant configurations without a central mixer. Match the discharge arrangement and cycle to the downstream equipment instead of treating the catalog output as a guaranteed plant production rate.

Controlled discharge from the bins
The PLD product page describes electronic weighing with PC and PLC control. Its detail photographs show cylinder-operated gates and the associated pneumatic arrangement. These images document the PLD series components; they do not establish that every pictured fitting is included in a particular PLD1600 order.

Hopper and discharge configuration
Two to four aggregate types are listed for the PLD1600. The required fractions, bulk density, moisture condition and loader access should guide the final bin arrangement. Confirm weighing calibration and material-flow performance with the materials to be used on site.

Planning your configuration
- Confirm whether storage volume is stated per bin for the selected arrangement.
- Specify aggregate fractions, maximum size, moisture and downstream mixer capacity.
- Request the actual footprint, foundation/loading requirements and full motor list for the selected bin count.
