Evaluate the GGJMS-300 with the intended ingredient
The model table assigns a 6–25 t/h capacity band to GGJMS-300. The wider page covers several ingredients and mill sizes, so this range should be checked using the actual feed preparation and final paste requirement.
Define ingredient, solids content, particle size, required texture and the intended number of passes. A photographed paste application does not establish a measured GGJMS-300 result for a different recipe.

Agree the milling and temperature conditions
GELGOOG describes a stator, rotor, adjustment and cooling mechanism for this colloid-mill family. Select the grinding arrangement and cooling provisions for the recipe, with a trial recording both the product result and temperature.
Confirm the product-contact materials, seals, cleaning method and permitted feed conditions. The table's ambiguous Voltage(kw) heading is not treated as an approved supply or motor rating; obtain the electrical schedule for the proposed machine.

Integrate the mill into the food process
Use the listed 1450 × 630 × 1420 mm envelope and 1600 kg mass as preliminary layout inputs, then obtain an installed drawing with inlet, discharge and dismantling clearances. Coordinate feed control and any recirculation or holding stage.
Agree an acceptance trial covering product consistency, usable throughput, temperature and cleaning. Include the selected spare grinding components and service instructions rather than treating the whole family gallery as one supplied line.
Planning your configuration
- Define the ingredient preparation, target texture and number of passes.
- Validate capacity and temperature together using the intended recipe.
- Request the actual electrical rating, food-contact materials and cleaning arrangement.
