What this machine is built to do.

An electro-permanent magnetic lifter uses an electrical pulse to change its magnetic state and permanent magnet force to hold a compatible steel load. It differs from a continuously energized electromagnet and a manually switched permanent magnet. Steel grade, thickness, contact area and air gap affect the lifting limits; select the magnet and controller for the actual workpiece.
