A chamber sized around the load
The open-door view shows the internal frame and transfer arrangement. An internal trolley carries the coated parts through the heating cycle, while the external cart supports loading and movement outside the chamber. Check the largest part together with its fixture, rather than comparing the part alone with the nominal oven dimensions.

Heating and temperature management
Powder curing follows spraying: heat allows the deposited powder to melt and form the coating. The manufacturer describes a burner, insulated panels, a circulation fan and programmable temperature/time control. The powder supplier’s cure schedule and the temperature reached by the workpiece determine the process; the oven warm-up reference is not a universal cure time.

Fuel and installation configuration
The product table lists LPG, gas and diesel supply possibilities. Treat the selected burner and fuel train as configuration items to confirm. Plan access for the trolleys, door movement and service work, together with the required electrical and fuel connections.

Planning your configuration
- Confirm the exact fuel, burner specification and electrical arrangement for the destination.
- Provide part dimensions, fixture weight, batch loading and the powder cure schedule.
- Request loaded temperature-uniformity and commissioning information; no fuel-consumption guarantee is inferred from the catalog.
