Usable space and batch layout
The working chamber and external dimensions are separate figures. Plan the fixture together with the parts, and leave the air passages needed around a load. The manufacturer's dimensioned image helps distinguish the chamber from the complete oven envelope.

Trolley loading
COLO describes an internal frame trolley supported outside the oven by a separate transfer cart. Confirm the wheel and rail arrangement, doorway clearance and load rating for the intended workpieces. Space is also needed to handle a batch in front of the door.

Heating and process acceptance
Electric heating and circulation provide chamber heat, while the controller sets temperature and time. Validate the loaded process using the coating's required cure schedule and part temperature. An unloaded warm-up reference should not be substituted for the finished-part acceptance cycle.
Planning your configuration
- Provide part/fixture dimensions, batch mass and coating cure requirements.
- Confirm trolley load rating, electrical demand, wiring and ventilation.
- Request a loaded uniformity check and installation/service-clearance drawing.
