Compact chamber and hanging layout
The COLO-1688 uses shelves and rails to hold coated workpieces. Check the complete part, hanging hook and clearance for hot-air movement against the usable chamber; nominal part dimensions alone do not define a practical batch.

Electric heating and circulation
Heating tubes are fitted at the oven base behind a protective mesh plate. A circulation fan moves heated air through the chamber. Confirm the connected electrical load and the protective arrangement for the destination supply.

Time and temperature control
The controller sets time and temperature and displays chamber temperature. The manufacturer's warm-up reference is not a universal powder cure time. Establish the required metal temperature and hold time for the actual coating and load.

Planning your configuration
- Provide part sizes, hanging arrangement, batch mass and coating cure schedule.
- Confirm heater voltage, wiring, ventilation and installation clearances.
- Request loaded temperature-uniformity and commissioning checks.
