Cubic chamber and part arrangement
COLO-1515 provides the same nominal working dimension in each direction. Account for hanging hooks, fixtures and hot-air clearance when planning a batch. The useful load envelope is therefore more than a comparison with the bare part dimensions.

Handling parts through the cure cycle
The manufacturer describes paired trolleys for carrying a frame into and out of the oven. Confirm track alignment, door movement and the trolley's load rating. Provide handling space outside the chamber for loading and cooling the parts.

Heating controls and acceptance
The PLC illustration shows the type of time, temperature and fan control offered within the oven range. Agree on the final control package and electrical configuration. Verify the loaded part-temperature cycle against the coating requirements instead of using the catalog warm-up time as the cure schedule.

Planning your configuration
- Provide part/fixture dimensions, batch weight and required cure schedule.
- Confirm fan motor rating and electrical configuration: the official page gives different motor values.
- Request trolley load rating, installation clearances and a loaded temperature check.
